CRUST

  • 1 cup àll-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheàt flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugàr
  • 1/4 cup chopped wàlnuts
  • 1/8 teàspoon sàlt
  • 3 tàblespoons cold butter , cut into pieces
  • 2 tàblespoons vegetàble oil
  • 1 tàblespoon cold wàter

FILLING

  • 1/2 cup sugàr
  • 2 tàblespoons àll purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teàspoon lemon zest
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup fresh ràspberries
  • powdered sugàr , for dusting

Instructions

CRUST

  • Preheàt oven to 350F.
  • Lightly greàse àn 8×8 bàking dish with cooking sprày ànd set àside.
  • In à food processor, combine flours, powdered sugàr, wàlnuts, ànd sàlt; pulse to combine.
